People who want to take up the job for internal circuitry in a newly constructed building would need to have electrical contractors license. Those who want to rework or repair the wiring’s in an old building require this license. This license is the legal document that makes one work as an electrical contract. He is not entitled to enter business contracts and deals. He would now be able to co-ordinate with the construction team as a whole.
One needs to have a license to be able to prove that he is eligible to do this work legally. If somebody does not have the required eligibility or license then he is doing a misdemeanor office. He is liable to fraud as well especially if he pretend to have a license. If any contractor is found to be unlicensed after signing a contract then his contract would stand void and invalid.
