Confidentiality

Reporting Violations
We expect employees to promptly report any suspected violations of the Code of Conduct to their supervisor or to the Human Resources Department. We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action.
Compliance with Investigations
We expect employees to cooperate fully and truthfully in any investigations of alleged violations of the Code of Conduct. We will not tolerate any attempts to interfere with or obstruct such investigations.
Consequences
Ernie’s Gutter Since 1978 reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of employment, against any employee who violates the Code of Conduct.
